The application has three parts: the application form, two essays and the student's high school transcripts.

The application must be typed and filled out completely. The two essays must be typed on plain paper and at least three paragraphs long. The first essay is a prayer request this is based on the principle that, as a faith-based charity, our staff and contributors would like to know who to pray for you and your family as you further your education. The second essay, the student has a choice of two topics: 1) What contribution do you plan on making to society with you education? or 2) How do you plan to contribute to the breast cancer awareness program? All information is to be submitted typed on separate sheets of paper and attached to the application.

The student's essays, grades and financial need will be considered in awarding the scholarships. However, extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration; and the board may waive certain requirements. Applications must be received no later than six weeks prior to the beginning of the semester/term.
